Buffalo Trace - Distant Gratification

Buffalo Trace wanted to host the worlds most exclusive bourbon tasting, and pay homage to their namesake. Our partners came to us asking how, when, what if, and where. We delivered. Housed in an 8x8 cube, with custom bar, and back shelving, we created an experience that allowed a select few contest winners the opportunity to do a tasting of their favorite bourbon on a private ranch in Teton National Park outside of Jackson, WY. The tasting also included a guided tour to see the bison migrating just miles down the road from the ranch. While the idea was floated of putting the cube in the field with the bison, we felt that the view of the Tetons, far away from the 2000lb bison was a great compromise. This project took nearly a year of planning, hours and hours of location research & scouting, and careful logistics to make sure every detail was accounted for.
