Kinder's - The Smoke Show

For the Kinder's Smoke Show activation, I was responsible for hiring the staff, developing & managing the budget, and working with our fabrication partner on the buildout of the asset. My responsibilities on this program also included working with the NRG Stadium events team to determine best location for asset placement, load in & operational logistics. As an avid lover of BBQ, this was a project that I was especially excited for.
